Our stock changes regularly. As a result, a vehicle or machine may still be visible on the website even though it has since been sold or reserved. Contact us to check current availability before planning a visit or transport.
Specifications, model years, mileage, operating hours and equipment are listed based on the information available. Photos and videos provide an impression of the equipment, but do not necessarily show every detail, sign of use or technical point requiring attention.
Do you have specific requirements regarding configuration, technical condition or suitability for use? Discuss these with us before purchase. We can then indicate what additional information or inspection may be needed. This does not affect our obligation to provide accurate information and honour agreements made.
Prices and quotations
When displaying prices, we make clear whether they include or exclude VAT. Prices offered to consumers are shown inclusive of VAT and unavoidable additional costs. Costs for additional services, such as optional transport or extra work, are made clear in advance.
Personal quotations are subject to the prices, validity period and terms stated in them. An obvious error or typo that you could reasonably recognise as such may be corrected. A change on the website does not automatically change an agreement already made.
Online enquiries and searches
You can use our forms to request information, offer a vehicle or machine for purchase or submit a search request. Submitting such a form does not in itself result in a purchase agreement, reservation or paid assignment. An automatic acknowledgement only confirms that we have received your enquiry.
Any price proposals, work and further arrangements will be discussed with you separately. A search request does not guarantee that we will find suitable equipment. If an assignment involves costs, we will agree on these with you in advance.
Where we state a response time of 72 hours, this refers to an initial personal response to your enquiry. It does not mean that a final price proposal will be available or a search request completed within that period.
