Vehicles, machines and availability
Our stock changes regularly. As a result, a vehicle or machine may still be visible on the website while it has already been sold or reserved. Contact us for current availability before you plan a visit or transport.
Specifications, years of construction, mileages, operating hours and equipment are stated based on the available data. Photos and videos provide an impression of the equipment, but do not necessarily show all details, signs of use or technical points of attention.
Do you have specific requirements for the configuration, technical condition or deployability? Discuss these with us before purchase. We can then indicate which additional information or inspection is necessary. This does not affect our obligation to provide correct information and to honor agreements made.
Prices and quotations
In price listings we make clear whether the price includes or excludes VAT. For offers to consumers, prices are shown including VAT and unavoidable additional costs. Costs for additional services, such as optional transport or extra work, are made clear in advance.
For personal quotations, the prices, validity period and conditions stated therein apply. An obvious mistake or slip that you can reasonably recognize as such may be corrected. A change on the website does not automatically alter an already made agreement.
Online requests and searches
Via our forms you can request information, offer a vehicle or machine for takeover, or submit a search request. Sending such a form does not in itself result in a purchase agreement, reservation or paid assignment. An automatic receipt confirmation only confirms that we have received your request.
Any price proposals, work and further agreements will be discussed with you separately. A search request does not guarantee that we will find suitable equipment. When costs are associated with an assignment, we will make arrangements about them in advance.
Where we mention a response time of 72 hours, this concerns a first personal response to your request. This does not mean that a final price proposal will be available within that period or that a search request is completed.
Use of the website and liability
We strive for a well-functioning website. Due to maintenance or technical failures, the website or a part of it may be temporarily unavailable. Can’t submit a form or unsure whether your request was received? Please contact us by phone or e-mail.
